Our master chef and pit boss Doc Oblander perfected the art of smoking meat in the traditional Western style during his years in Oklahoma. He then brought this slow smoked tradition back to Bradenburg, Kentucky where Texas style barbecue is now served at Doc’s BBQ Smokeshack.
